Riviton Construction Sets

Riviton was a plastic construction system which used rubber 'rivets' to join parts. It was launched in 1977 in the USA and sold very well. It was also sold in several other countries under license. However due to a couple of choking instances when young children put the rubber 'rivets' into their mouths, it was withdrawn in 1978.

It was made in the USA by Parker Brothers. It was also made and sold under license in France by Miro-Meccano and in the UK by Palitoy.
