Models of the Month and Other Plans etc.
Issued for/with UK Meccano Magazines

A number of building instructions for Models of the Month and Other Plans etc. were published to go along with some UK Meccano Magazines. These have also been OCR'd and downloads of these are available separately below. Note that these supplements are also included with the OCR'd PDFs of the relevant issue of the Meccano Magazine.

Note that there are a few deficiencies, caused by the limitation of the OCR programme and/or the poor text quality in some of the scanned Meccano magazines (caused by high compression of the scanned image file or poor text quality). Also it sometimes doesn't always follow columns properly. Another problem is that the OCR programme did not seem to be able to reliably detect ¼, ½ or ¾ - but this is only really a problem in the Meccano model instructions.

Having said all that, the text recognition in the most of the articles is actually pretty good.
